SMARTOS Framework · Free on Kindle
Goals do not fail because you lack discipline.
They fail because the brain interprets obstacles as threats.
SMARTOS fixes this at the design level.
No noise. Unsubscribe any time.
You set the goal correctly. You start well. Then something interrupts — work, illness, an unexpected expense. Your brain interprets the obstacle as a threat. Blood flow shifts away from the prefrontal cortex. You lose access to exactly the cognitive resources you need. You default to avoidance. This is not a discipline problem. This is a design problem.
SMARTOS adds two elements: Obstacles and Solutions. Before you begin, you identify what is likely to derail you. For each obstacle, you generate three possible responses. When the obstacle arrives, you do not deliberate under stress. The response already exists. You execute rather than freeze. Anticipated challenges trigger significantly less stress response than unexpected ones.
What you receive
A visual, printable one-page template. Fill it in. Put it where you work. The framework works when it moves from concept to paper to action.
Career transition, health, debt repayment. Concrete models you can adapt immediately — not abstract theory you have to translate yourself.
For each obstacle-solution pair, a pre-written if-then statement. Your brain does not decide under stress — the decision was made in advance.
Subscribers receive the link to download the full SMARTOS Framework book — the science, the examples, the complete implementation guide.
One goal. Done properly.
The template is free. The first goal you set with it will show you why the others failed.
